By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the p556 Casino platform available at p556.net (hereinafter referred to as "p556," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of p556 following any modification to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated version.

To register and use p556, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines, as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of p556 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by p556 or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.

p556 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by p556 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

To access the full range of p556 services, you must create a player account by completing the registration process at p556.net. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active p556 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party.
• You must notify p556 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• p556 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from p556 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
• p556 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

All financial transactions on p556 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). p556 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank online transfer. Supported methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your p556 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• p556 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• p556 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. p556 may require you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your p556 account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the request.
• p556 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any applicable verification requirements.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for details.

p556 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet sizes applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• p556 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• p556 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a bonus was claimed in bad faith, through abuse, or in violation of these Terms.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not be eligible to receive certain promotional offers.

All games available on p556 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.

• All game outcomes on p556 are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers under controlled conditions.
• p556 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available upon request.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be refunded to your account balance.
• p556 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it determines that a technical error, software bug, or human error has materially affected the outcome.
• Bets placed after a game round has concluded — due to latency, connection issues, or any other reason — will be void and refunded.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on p556 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. p556 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit all balances associated with such account:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward p556 staff or other players.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, account restriction, or cooling-off period imposed by p556 or any other gaming operator.

p556 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and wagering limits directly from their account settings. These tools take effect immediately upon activation.
• Players may request a cooling-off period or self-exclusion at any time by contacting p556 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• p556 enforces the 21+ age requirement strictly and will suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under the legal age.
• p556 encourages players who feel that their gambling is no longer recreational to seek help from qualified support organizations.

All content on the p556 Platform — including but not limited to the p556 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of p556 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of p556.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p556 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

p556 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. p556 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude p556's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

p556 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

p556 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and p556 cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may close your p556 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

p556 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• p556 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• p556 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• A player has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A player's account has been inactive for an extended period, as defined in p556's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, p556 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account, including real-money funds, pending the outcome of any investigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

p556 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

p556 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, p556 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
